Now that my car is finally running the way it should, thanks to the Jowdy touch, is anyone planning on driving up to Carmel August 18-19-20 Vintage races at Laguna Seca, and all the other car things going on that weekend?? I have been assured there is no possiblility of rain. Is it too early to start thinking about it? Since posting this on the SC web site RickJ responded with the following and even more exciting prospects.

But, also, consider the unpublicized "prehistorics" the weekend before - $0 admission / 0 Crowds / many of the same cars
