Just wanted to share another 550 Spyder we finished that is shipping out to the Bay area tonight. I rarely have time to take pictures of these before they ship out since there never seems to be enough time in the day.

This client also purchased our first 356 Pre-A Bent Window Coupe which we are very excited about.

His Spyder is powered by our Subaru EJ25 non turbo big bore engine which produces 230 horsepower. Our Seduction Motorsports built transaxle can definitely handle the power of these engines. We use an internal cable shifter which provides smooth shifting and no slop or gears popping out while driving like most of the other mid-engine cable shifters on the market. The client wanted a detachable roll bar since he lost a dear friend years back in an AC Cobra. I personally do not like the looks of any rollbars in Spyders, but we offer them and they are removable.

Anyways... on to the pictures. I took these before I wiped down the car and installed the side "SPYDER" emblems.

That's a very nice looking build.  I'm sure the new owner will be ecstatic.

Thank you! Owner loved this engine setup so much we're putting the same package into his Pre-A Bent Window Coupe

Daniel,

That's the first Subaru engine I've ever seen that looks "right".

Good job, man.

Thank you Stan. We're coming up with an upgraded fuel setup for our Subaru engine packages to clean up the engine bay some more as well as provide better fueling and performance. Should be ready January or February. It includes billet high volume fuel pump, billet aluminum fuel rails with return/feed integrated and reversible along with a billet aluminum fuel pressure regulator that we are working with Holley on producing. Also an upgraded set of pre- and after fuel pump billet aluminum fuel filters with Holley drop-in 10 micron and 100 micron stainless steel mesh filters. Pretty excited for these new parts.

Thank you, we're trying to make them look more and more right We will also offer a Cosworth Individual Throttle Body setup here shortly... looks more authentic and clean.

Badass is the word I like to describe how this drives! You can lay down rubber in every gear

We use a 3.44 ring and pinion but can also use a 3.88 at no additional cost. Welded 3-4 hub. Billet aluminum HD side covers on both sides. Hardened keys. Kennedy Stage 2 pressure plate and clutch package. It handles the power very well. We use the same setup in our Speedster/Coupe as well. So to answer your question, yes it will fit into your Speedster
