These tires are leftover from when I had a set of 15 x 4.5 rims on my 550 Spyder. Sold the rims separately. Tires are about 5 years old, have very few miles on them and were in a heated storage facility until I just put them in my garage. Originally $125.00 + shipping per tire. $25.00 takes them if anyone wants them.

This is all I see on the sidewall, which if I’m reading the DOT numbering correctly indicates that the tires were made in 2005, though that wouldn't make much sense, since I didn’t even get the car til 2009 and bought the tires well after that.

I did some reading on Radials vs Bias Ply and most sites indicate that radials are “good” for 10 years but there doesn’t seem to be a lot of reliable data concerning Bias Ply tires. I’m wondering if some of that is due to production standards having been improved over original 40’s-50’s equipment? Officially, some sites list 5 years, then guys on forums indicate they’ve had the same Bias Ply tires on a vehicle for 15 years... 👀

Probably best I send them to the glue factory. : )
