I got a new front kingpin suspension (Brazilian) and have it installed on my VS. It takes a larger upper bolt (shock) than the one I took off, and the old bolts are shouldered and tapered to fit snug. They are too small for the threaded hold in the top shock mount. I can find the right size metric thread but it will be loose in the shock thingamjig so I could sleeve it with some copper pipe sectioned to fit. Anyone have a better solution?
