so I finally did away with the annoying dash mounted horn button on my envemo. using the article in the knowledge section I used a relay and seem to have it working with the horn button. key word is seem. I was able to get the horn to work using the horn button but for some reason the steering wheel spokes conduct the 12 volt charge and give me a nice little buzz when I press the horn. Has anyone had this problem? is there possibly some insulator missing?

actually did another little test today. if I touch my ground trigger wire to the steering wheel nut...no shock...if I touch it to the little black wire that runs through the steering shaft...wammo! shock! I have to figure a way of grounding it to the steering wheel nut when the horn button is pushed. It seems that the cast aluminum steering hub adaptor does not want to conduct so well if I touch my trigger wire to it.
