It's a taste thing, so the grain of salt rule is in effect. I tried a set of the VDO 356 gauges but didn't like lcd odometer and the face of the combo gauge. Also I prefer the simplicity of cable drive speedos. Some SOCers may already know of 9xxteile a Belgian outfit. I just got a set of their gauges, came with senders, cable speedo. Works, too new to rate for durability.

Thanks for sharing. Are these Chinese gauges? Do they come in mph? Does the gas sender fit the beetle tank? I like the look so anything you can share would be GREAT. Very little info on their site. I would like to get rid of these old "vintage" white faced gauges soon in my CMC.

You'll need to contact the seller as to where the gauges were made and availability mph scale speedo.
The sender for the gas gauge fit the tank in my car, which I believe is from a VW Beetle, but not confirmed.
I can't speak to the accuracy of the speedo when moving, fuel level, oil pressure and temp have not checked them.

For the high price, my guess is the gauges are not Chinese made. The overall finish looks really good.
