Suspension looks decent.  If you can source missing pieces and do work yourself probably a good deal.  Will never be worth price of know make US 550 though. Fellow SOCer here had 2 swing axle for sale - 1/3 of way there.

Personally, I like the rear suspension design. Looks like they "borrowed" a production car of some sort. I wish I could see the front suspension in detail.

Rear clam is weird, and the external latches would look horrid. Not a fan of those grilles either. Interesting frame and suspension though!

Very interesting. Looks like a Subaru setup. I don't like the external clam latches either but the grills are an easy replacement and for for a full IRS/5-speed 4-cam Spyder-A you could probably squint past them . . . .

YOU could.

Me? I'd be cutting into that perfectly gel-coated body to "fix" that, and "while I'm at it" probably chop the whole grill opening area out to relocate the grills lower and more spread apart to better mimic what the 550A cars actually had.

—and so on.

So somebody else better jump on that pile o junk before I snatch it up and ruin it....
