I'm not seller but IMHO it depends.  If you have the holes in the door top the holes probably will not line up with the pins used to mount the curtains (no std spacing except maybe by builder like VS), the windshields can be placed differently by each home builder, and last where the top fabric sits.  That said the VS side curtains have a flexible Haartz fabric around the plastic window so it is more accommodating than the CMC plexiglass with narrow rubber strip. So that fabric could be reduced/added to or the top fabric added to for a better seal.  If you never had side curtains - it would be worth try.
