Agree on CMC - couldn't enlarge the front hood handle emblem enough but it looks like their CLASSIC SPEEDSTER badge and the rear grill looks to be a cast Hibachi grill.  the front looks strange with perhaps the roll pan under the bumpers cut taller? Maybe for a cooling radiator.  I'm wondering if it has portions of a '64 356 uni-body pan vs a VW pan (I don't think that would be as strong without lots of extra effort - the VW tunnel adds a lot of support).

Appears to me to be a good $10k over priced. The interior is a $3k fix right off the bat.  The top and tonneau appear to be old CMC vinyl that fit poorly. No mention of disc brakes or anti-sway bars.  The 3-3.6L Subbie H6 is rarely used in conversions - most pick the 2.2-2.5L which is lighter, shorter and still has plenty of power.  I understand the H6 uses a timing chain (not belt) and has fewer head gasket issue - but is quite thirsty.
