Re: Spyder in Omaha?

Sunday at 930AM I passed 6 vintage Porsches in caravan. Newest looked to be a 65 911. Leading the group was a gorgeous 550 Spyder. I got close to the guy but couldn't tell with my limited Spyder knowledge if it was a replica or not. I'm assuming with a value of 2 or 3 million it was a replica. It had Omaha, Nebraska plates on it. Does any one here know of this car? I know of no one around here with a replica of any kind. It would be nice to have someone around locally to be able to match notes with. Thanks.
