It might need a little length. My Spyder's wheelbase is 83.5" or so. I believe Speedsters are about the same.

An original 356 is listed on the Google as 83.75".

Henry at IM lists the wheelbase as a range from 83.8" to 86", I'm sure to accommodate either type1 or Porsche 911 chassis designs.

I'd measure the body carefully to make sure.

"Man, that chassis is beautiful. I googled “Mendeola chassis” and drew a blank. Is it another manufacturer with Mendeola bits F/R?"  - @dlearl476

A fellow SOCer, Kevin Zagar, owns and operates a very cool shop in San Diego, CA. He is currently the fabricator of those suspension assemblies (previously known as 'Mendeola'). Here is a link to his shop website.

Thanks Jim. I was all over coolrydes site yesterday. No complete frame, just the bits.

I don't even known how many speedsters I have owned, maybe 20 + but I always love seeing a fresh start.  Let us all live vicariously through you.

I hate it. After seeing that frame, I spent half the night figuring out how to turn the engine around and make a copy of a 911-powered 908-3.

In the end, I realized Carey’s B16-based 904/SuperCoupe frame would be a much better foundation.

I just figure out who it " Custom Fiberglass "  is Raphel Albiter in Mexico is legitimate   Cary and Kevin know him and Kevin has been to Raphel's shop.  I don't know the quality of the fit and finish on his Coupe body.
