Does anyone out there have a webpage where you have or are in the process of documenting your build. I have no experience with VW powered vehicles. The 550 or the RSK in particular are the two I am interested in but I'm sure the Speedster is similar.
Second question:
How much should I expect to spend, aside from the $12,000 to $13,000 for the kit, to complete the project excluding paint?

Website for thunder ranch (my favorite people!!). Cost to complete the kit will vary greatly depending on drivetrain. Mine's an oddball, so I can't really give you a fair estimate on costs.

I will tell you this. The quality of the fiberglass work from Thunder Ranch is very very good, and we'd buy another kit from them.
