Got the torque bar from Eyeball installed. Seems to tighten up rear end substantially. Also limits shudder on take off. doesn't eliminate it entirely. All in, the wishbone front suspension, front and rear sway bars, mid mount and finally the torque bar have made a very serious improvement in the overall handling and drivability of the car. I've pushed it fairly hard into corners but don't seem to be near breaking loose. Serious improvement in all handling aspects.
At the sametime installed Eastwood (dynamat like) in doors and cabside of rear firewall all the way to front edge of the seats. Decreased engine and road noise level about 20% I would estimate. Underside of pan was previously sprayed with liquid sound deadener. Also filled both sides of engine deck lid with Eastwood product. I'm happy with the results and believe the money was well spent. Bruce and Kenny are straight-up, competent and creative in all areas needed to complete this job.
