First let me say that I do not presently own a spyder. I have been looking at them for a little while and I am new to this group. There was a recent post on "Safety Issues" that I read with interest and felt came to one conclusion: you will die if you come up against an SUV. OK that makes sense.
However in looking at pictures of the frames on various sites the Vintage frame looks like it would be stiffer and offer better suspension stability. Better stability would still make it safer in that it would be a little less prone to wrap itself around a tree in the absence of a blind SUV.
Can any of the owners on this site offer comparitive experience in driving more than one of the different manufactures? Am I right about the Vintage frame being a little more rigid and stable?
