Now that Spring is finally thinking about getting here, I am planning on stripping the last 15 years of age off of my suspension and pan and repainting. What favorite kind of "coatings" short of powder coat do you fellow owners recommend? I used the POR (urethane) semi-flat black chassis paint several years ago on a 58 Corvette, but it had to be brushed on (you need an oxygen suit to spray)and because it reacted and cured with outside humidity, it tended to bubble up after 15 minutes or so of use and not lay out well. It was really tough though!

Greetings:

I am new to the forum and recently purchased what I think is a CMC speedster. I also thinking of removing the body from the pan and doing some 'spring cleaning', but noticed that the entire pan has een fiberglassed over.

What is the recommended procedure to separate the pan and body?

Thanks,

Tenzin
