Sounds like a crossed wire there, Rowland.
There's a makers' tab above; fourth from the right. It lists the current and defunct manufacturers and vendors of these cars. There's an Automotive Legends, a Vintage Speedsters and a host of others, but no Vintage Legends that I'm aware of.
Might be a company name that happens to have a replica Speedster in the inventory?
I think you might have combined VS in Hawaiian Gardens with Automotive Legends in Malibu. I was down there when I was looking to buy and it looked like he was selling VS at a higher price. The only benefit was that you could have one right away. He said he was a builder but I noticed a VS on the hood handle of the cars in the lobby.
I believe Automotive Legends in Malibu, CA buys basic turnkey Speedsters from Kirk at Vintage Speedsters, adds some desirable ($$) extras of their own and "re-prices" them for sale in their showroom.

You could order a similarly equipped new car direct from Vintage Speedsters for less.

Now you know.

I'd suspect that Automotive Legends' customers - don't.
