The CMC Gazelle and I believe the CMC MGTD also used these gauges. ~Alan

Ken, those gauges aren't the most reliable "instruments" in the world.
They came installed in, or as part of the kit to build, Classic Motor Carriages Speedsters.
If you're looking just to complete a set, the spares you're likely to find may have to be professionally gone through. I believe kits which shared them as parts could also include the CMC Excalibur, the 359 (which sort of resembled the Porsche 959), the FiberFab Avenger, the FiberFab Speedster and possibly some of the Street Beasts Speedsters as well. I don't know about any of the MG-TD kits, but I seem to remember seeing one or two with white-faced instruments.
FiberFab and Street Beasts trace their line pretty directly to CMC.
Sites which may be helpful will include bringatrailer.com, racingjunk.com, thesamba.com and Kit Car Builder's classified section.
I think you might want to consider calling a current, reputable builder and making an investment in a set of reliable, modern gauges instead. If you're just getting started, that's the most prudent course of action.
My set never worked worth a darn. I replaced them with AutoMeter gauges when I re-did my dashboard.

They were custom made for CMC - and only sold by CMC out of a rear door at their Miami FL complex. There are a lot floating around - chrome bezel white face, brass bezel white face and chrome bezel black face. 5 gauge set with sender sold for an over oriced $325 in 1990. VDO makes a Cockpit Royale and white Pro series gauge with a white face. You can get face replacement lithographs and stick on any gauge too.

Most everything CM* did seemed to have had Golden Book fairy tale to it, soooooo........
Back in the day, the CM* 'Vintage Reproductions' gauges were cloned from a particular model of gauges produced by Classic Instruments . Classic Instruments took CM* to court and won a handsome judgment.
