I am still waiting for my car to arrive. I realized it doesn't have a tonneau cover. Does anyone know where I can buy one that will fit an Intermeccanica Roadster? Also, I am looking to buy one for when I park it while I am in somehwere having dinner or something. Is this practical? I am wondering, do most people find that they use the tonneau or do they own it and nevere use it. Just wondering? I don't want to spend the money if most find they dont ever really use it. Also, does anyone ever drive with it partially on? Just curious. I am new to this. Thanks

Any local auto or boat upholstery shop will make one for you. I used to use mine alot but I drove my car everyday. It kept the leaves and such out and I kinda liked the way it looked. Now I just reach back and pull the top forward, thats actually fast then doing the tonneau.
So to answer your question I'd say waste. Use your top or don't but to me it doesn't make much sense for an "in between" living in Mass.
I have a full tonneau (though on a JPS). In nine years of ownership I have NEVER driven the car with the top up. I ALWAYS have the passenger side covered when solo. Use the car for lots of runs to stores or restaurants, and lately doctors!

I always close the driver's side tonneau at any store. I also use a hidden battery kill switch to keep the dishonest ones frustrated - but someone stole a chain saw out from under my pickup truck bed tonneau a few days ago!
