where can I get bodies?

Does anyone know where I can get speedster bodies? Most kit car places can only give me one or two cars or kits a month and I need more since I am going to start building them for a dealer.

I'm sure Street Beast can supply kits at a greater rate than two a month. However, have you ever assembled kitcars before? Unless you plan on a large operation, I would suggest that two Speedsters assembled each month is probably a pretty good production rate.

Intermeccanica only builds 24 to 30 cars a year, but those are built to a very high standard. Good luck.

Vintage supplies bodies and kits for other makers. I'm sure with a set order and PO Kirk will be able to accomodate you.
I doubt Intermec will be able to, as the production volume is very low, although top quality.

But I would have to agree with Charles, 2 a month for a small operation is pretty tough. Unless of course you have someone who has built them several times and a crew of several people.

Two assemblies a month is something out of reach for a small shop
I build on PT basses , usually with 30 - 35 hours weekly into a project A speedster assembly takes 4 months at this rate Doing the math a build comes out to approx 560 plus hours per assembly and that is wiith a fairly good knowledge of the build process
