@edsnova I have a very close friend that would definitely agree with you. Amongst his collection are two 365 Ferrari’s. And those are his go-to cars for the various ralley events in the US. The sound of that v-12 Colombo engine gives me chills. The biggest issue is the absurd maintenance costs; which easily surpass what I paid for my replica. 

Price per mile though, my replica gives me a bigger SEG, even if it’s “fake” with a third less cylinders.

Couple years ago, I came this close to buying an unbuilt McBurnie Daytona Spyder. Came with a Corvette chassis, 4-speed, 350. All of it. The guy wanted $3,500 and offered to deliver the whole pile for a couple hundred more. I probably should've grabbed it.

But it seemed like an awfully ambitious project to take on as a first build.

And all done they tend to go for mid 20s.
