Here's an update on the clown car windshield sticker, if any of you are still interested.
As much fun as it was posting two pages of off-topic drivel over on Todd's 'Newbie With Many Questions' thread, this is probably a better place for that sort of thing.
I've cleaned up the design again, hopefully for the last time. The ersatz Porsche crest is still gone. The Speedster image is clearer and a little bigger. And the text on the lower half has been regrouped to fill in the gap left when the crest was removed.
If any of you want images added of random farm animals, a four-into-one extractor exhaust header, or Miss Hurst Shifter, you're on your own.
As it turns out, the 'almost free' VistaPrint stickers were paper, not vinyl. They will do a sticker on exterior grade vinyl, but for some reason can't do a round design on a round sticker - you get a square sticker and then have to cut the corners off with a scissors or - if you're Stan - with a Bridgeport mill.
But I did find a place that specializes more in windshield stickers that will do a round, three-inch sticker, so I ordered one and will let you know how the quality works out - in about two weeks, which is how long it will take them to print one up and put it on the Thursday stage to Cheyenne.
Depending on quantity ordered, these will end up costing about $5-10, with shipping. If anyone wants to roll their own, send me an IM with your email and I'll send you the original file, which is a little higher res than what ends up here when a photo is posted to the SOC site.
