As I am traveling the US, and currently in Phoenix, I thought I would stop by CE and pick up a set of cam gears for my TF-1 engine case.  These are the only gears made that fit these cases, as they use a .100 drop cam.
While there, I did a little looking around and in the back corner I noticed a Spyder. Not a fiberglass body, but someone’s attempt at aluminum. Dan told me it belongs to a customer and was made in South America, where he did not know.  The front and rear looked decent, but the front had no hood and the sides have no doors.  The chassis was mostly square tube, and the car has a Berg5 transmission.  Interesting, but a long way from completion.

There was also a wide body speedster parked out front and tons of VW parts everywhere.
