Stoddard's has them, and Carey Hines at Beck has them, too, but I don't see them in his on-line catalog. Most likely, Greg at Vintage has them as well.
Get on Amazon or something similar and search for adhesive backed rubber furniture bumpers. Home Depot too and possibly Staples.
These are called door bumper - used on steel doors usually in a steel door frame. Bet Ace HW has them.
Easy to find, for less than 2$ per bumper sToddard ( https://www.stoddard.com/64402563500blk.html ) charges, at hardware stores, Napa, Autozone, etc… in the automotive hardware drawers.

Ha - 20 cents vs $2. $2 one must be 10 times better.
I got mine from Beck and wasn't especially concerned about the price. Mine are a light gray, rather than black, which, IMO, look nicer on a white car. They are a little flexible, so you put the stem through the hole and pull on the stem until it pulls the bulb through and holds it in place. Not sure if others are as flexible as that, but they have to be to get them in place.
