Recarro.  I think so, too. I don’t think they were ever OEM Porsche seats, but they were aftermarket Recarros.

What do the backs look like? These are those seats that were used in RSRs (72-73?) Given that yours doesn’t have the adjustable backrest, I’d say it’s a passenger seat

Similar to the Singer seats except for taller bolsters with seat belt pass-throughs. I’d take a WAG that Singer had Recarro build them adjustable RSR copies.

I believe that Porsche used Ricaro seats as OEM in the late 60's, not 100% but I just googled it and it says they started in the 60's with the 911

Yes, but Porsche OEM Recarros were never fixed back seats, either the standard or the Sport. The RSR was the only one that I know if that had them.

eta: I guess the R and the STs had seats similar to yours, too.

FWIW, Recarros were made by Reutter carrosserie, the same people who made Porsche bodies.

Those are early 911 RS seats, or a copy of.  From memory (and it's been a long time) the originals had a bar on one side with a thumbscrew that allowed a small amount of pivot in the angle of the back.  Most (if not all) replicas did not have this same thumbscrew until recently.  I don't know if the original Porsche seats were made by Recaro, but Recaro definitely made these the if seats back then also.  They were copied by countless companies over 50 years and several still make them today including GTS Classics,  Vintage Seats, Cobra, etc...
