No, no, no -- if you have to get out of the car and go find an elevator for yourself; that is so ghetto.  This is how it is supposed to be done:  https://www.google.com/url?sa=...FES&opi=89978449

I think @chines1 is actually referring to Porsche Design Tower in Sunny Isles Beach, which is a Dezer development.  The car elevator is arrogantly named by the developer as a 'dezervator'.   One doesn't get out of the car to go find another elevator but stays in the car while the dezervator delivers you and your car into your apartment's glass walled garage.

Dezer has broken ground on a new development two beachfront lots south of Porsche Design.  The new 60+ story residential tower will also be dezervator equipped with similar concept.  The new development?  Bently Residences:  https://www.google.com/url?sa=...QTY&opi=89978449

There is a 'thing' about branding spectacular high-rises by manufacturers around here.  Aston Martin and Mercedes towers are going up in Miami.

Here is a snap I just took of Porsche Design (the black one) from my balcony.

If you just can't stand it and leftover spare change from buying this week's groceries is burning a hole in your pocket and you simply must score for yourself all things labled "Porsche", you too can get into the dezervator action with this mid-priced cutie:  https://www.zillow.com/homedet...3160/247680781_zpid/

Not bad when you consider monthly HOA assessment is only $4300.  And property taxes are cheap (cheaper than California, anyway).

Come on, "won't you be my neighbor?"  You can walk a few yards up the beach and 'slum it' with me anytime.  My building, Ocean III, doesn't have a dezervator.

Yes, that was it.  The Spyder was mounted on the wall prior to completion and must have been before the Dezervator was installed because they had to use a giant crane to get it to the penthouse.

Carey, you must have hooked Dezer on market impact of replica displays.  He has a gilded replica of some kind of Bentley 'concept' in front of the sales office for Bentley Residences.

I wonder if the spyder is still on the wall of Porsche Design penthouse.  I think if I were buying a $30M apartment that just happened to have Special Editions "wall art" I would be inclined to keep it, because what could be cooler than that; and maybe to complement the collector Porsche racers in my glass walled "show garage".

Well, none of that will be happening to me.  But I do have a telescope (like everyone, to look at the boats, of course).  Maybe when the lights are on in the penthouse I'll spy if the spyder is still there . . . .
